First Game EVER!!

First Couple Days
I thought it was gonna be a golf game. Not gonna lie. I was trying to make code for debris that stuck to you and affected your speed but I couldn't figure it out so I started experimenting with attaching my player to things. My general thought process? Maybe it might make it a little easier to make something stick to me, if I can stick to something else. While experimenting, I was having more fun aiming and reeling then I was playing as a golf ball. That said, I switched gears and decided to make a rage game built around that concept.
Middle Couple Days
It was coming along nicely. Certain things didn't feel right but were functional and I was okay with that. I pushed on and added some stuff.
Final Couple Days
Every bit was spent fine tuning. solo playtesting. Then on the second to last day, I had a couple people playtest and realized that it was NOT. READY. Collision was so messed up in the level, there was no indication of what the player needed to do or where they needed to go, and the controls were a little wonky in certain areas. I spent all night fixing them and now I have solved them. A few minutes ago, I think, I uploaded Hero Impervious and I am NOW talking about uploading my first ever video game...... This is, honestly, so surreal. I was going to submit it to the Brackeys Game Jam but I couldn't get the Zip of my Unreal Project to run in the window. Turns out that Unreal doesn't have HTML built in with their BP system... Sad, I know. BUT, I decided it was best to upload anyway and get the hard part out of the way. Now, I am much more passionate than I was before. The general fear of hitting "Upload" is gone. Now? I can have fun!
